- Are the horses calling you ?
- Nicola is trained in the FEEL approach - Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning
- "Horses helping people, people helping horses"
- Nicola first came to the ranch after being a part of a Yoga with Horses session with another Yoga Teacher and friend,... the horses were calling her near in the process of losing her father to Cancer.
- Her father would say "live for today" ... and Nicola says "cause no-one is promised tomorrow"...
- Since then she can regularly be seen teaching Yoga with the Horses at the ranch, as well as Full Moon Meditations each month, and doing the work with the Horse Teachers.
- Nicola holds Partners Programs with the Horses, this is a relationships building workshop, for partners (romantic or not) family members and friendships. Here we can provide healthy tools to assist you in supporting one another, rather than the push and pull approach that can be so unhelpful for any kind of trauma.
- Nicola offers a "Trauma Informed Approach" to all of her work, offering one on one support, as well as group workshops.
- Her specialties are Grief, Cancer Survivors (including their families and close friends) as if one member of the family has cancer, it affects everyone close to them.
- She also specialises in Childhood Trauma (including adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse) Nicola is a fully trained Peer Support Facilitator, also for Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse, and has been holding space in this area since 2014, with group workshops and one on one support at www.thegatehouse.org since 2017. This charity has been set up since 1998, and is well respected in the mental health community.

- Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning Nicola facilitates at Horse Spirit Connections, in Tottenham. Here she can offer group work, as well as one on one support.
- Also facilitating at a private ranch with her horse partner & other members of the herd, on Mount Wolfe Road, in Caledon. Here she can offer one on one individual support.
